Excursion Description

Enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the Cozumel coastline and the sparkling Caribbean on your Parasailing in Paradise shore excursion. You and your fellow Carnival cruisers start your adventure on a specially equipped parasail boat at the pier, which delivers you a mile offshore for your exhilarating Cozumel parasailing excursion.

As your parasail boat cruises out to sea, the onboard PAPO-certified crew provides a thorough briefing on parasailing safety. Learn a simple set of signals so you can feel safe and in control the whole way. If you’re flying tandem, you and a partner prepare for lift-off. Hop aboard the boat platform and slip on a harness and specially designed parasail canopy, attached by rope to a hydraulic winch on the parasail boat.

As the boat speeds up, your chute opens and the winch releases the rope, letting you float slowly up into the air. It feels like you are flying! The billowing parasail carries you to heights of up to 500 feet, with reef formations, Passion Island, beautiful Cozumel beaches—even the other side of the island—spread out below. It’s eight minutes of pure adrenaline rush. You wish it could go on forever!

When you’re done parasailing in Cozumel, the winch system is reactivated, and you float down to the deck for a gentle landing. Here’s your chance to sit back and take photos of fellow Carnival cruise guests high in the sky. Once everyone has had a chance to parasail, it’s back to the dock where your Carnival cruise ship awaits.

Book your Parasailing in Paradise Cozumel cruise excursion today to see Cozumel from the heights above the sparkling Caribbean Sea. This Cozumel parasailing tour is an exciting way to add fun ashore to your fun afloat.
