Vancouver International Airport is pleased to offer eligible cruise guests a
new level of service to get you to your ship as quickly as possible, at no
additional cost.
With US Direct, guests may save up to 2 hours of Customs and Immigration wait
times.
To participate in US Direct, guest must meet the following requirements:

U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident status.

Arrive in Vancouver on direct flights from the United States prior to 2:30pm
on the day of sailing.

Possess an airport to pier bus transfer (Fly-Aweigh guests and Cruise-Only
guests with a pre-purchased transfer).

Must have placed ship baggage tags on all checked baggage prior to airline
check-in. If baggage is not pre-tagged, guests will not be eligible to
participate.
Upon arrival at Vancouver International Airport, guests must follow the US
Direct signage to the transfer point and should have their proof of
citizenship and Carnival bus transfer readily available. Guests must not
proceed down the escalators to Canada Customs. Airport Authority staff will be
located in that area to assist guests and direct them accordingly.
A Carnival Representative will be waiting inside the International Arrivals
Hall and in the Secure U.S. Direct facility to direct guests to their motor
coach for transfer to the pier. Their checked baggage will be trucked directly
to the ship.
Do not proceed down the escalators to Canada Customs.
