What happens if I need to cancel my cruise?

Please contact your travel agent, Carnival Cruise Lines and BerkelyCare as soon as possible in the event of cancellation, as Carnival will not refund any additional charges incurred due to a delay in notifying your agent or Carnival of the cancellation. BerkelyCare will then forward you the appropriate cancellation form in order to file for a refund.
