What if I disagree with my FunPoints balance?

It's possible that your FunPoints® have not posted to your account yet. Transactions and associated FunPoints® typically post within seven (7) days of your purchase. 

If your transaction has posted to the account and you still disagree with the point balance, call Barclays at 1-866-255-1304 (302-255-8888 outside the U.S.) to speak with a Carnival MasterCard representative. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
