In an effort to improve customer service, we pre-registered past guests who had valid email addresses in our database. If you see the message "Number associated with another user", please try using Forgot Password. ( http://www.carnival.com/ForgotPassword.aspx) If we have your correct e-mail address, you will receive your past guest number momentarily.
