Carnival has consistently provided
service, entertainment, activities and wonderful dining experiences.
The staff and crew of Carnival have always gone above and beyond
the "usual" call of duty! And they do this with a smile
and an "is there anything else we can do" attitude. What
a great vacation! We have recommended Carnival to friends and family
only to have them return and book another cruise. This is a recommendation
from two people who never wanted to cruise and were talked into
it by our parents. Good job, Carnival!

Dear Carnival,
I am writing to tell you how much we love Carnival cruises. As
a 40-something couple my husband and I took our first cruise three
years ago on the Sensation out of Tampa, Florida. I'll never forget
that first feeling as we walked onto the ship; like little kids
at Christmas in awe and wonder at the beauty of her. That week
was like no other we had ever spent. To be so totally waited on
hand and foot!!! All the Carnival staff was always courteous and
had big smiles. We relaxed on deck by the pool drinking frozen "foo-foo" drinks
by day, and danced the nights away! We enjoyed wonderfully prepared
meals served up first class in the dining room, or casually on
the Lido deck. It only took seven days on the Sensation to hook
us into cruising and last June we had another wonderful week on
the Carnival Pride.
We now have three future cruises booked with Carnival… We look
forward to many more cruises with you.
Thanks, Carnival, for giving us vacations full of wonderful memories!!!
Sincerely,
Diane and Dave Flores

Dear Carnival,
Our family took our first cruise on the
Fantasy in August of 2002. Our father was dying and had always
wanted to take a cruise. The staff [on board] was wonderful!
The wait staff and all the staff on board were so courteous
and bent over backwards to assist my father and our family.
The comedy show made my dad laugh and forget all his pain. The
food was excellent, our rooms were always clean, we wanted for
nothing. Best of all, we have wonderful photos of our family
and my dad smiling; pictures that will last a lifetime. My dad
passed away in January of 2003, but your customer service made
such an impression on our family that we decided to try and take
a cruise vacation every year. So here we go again with a family
group of 20 on the Carnival Conquest in August 2004.
Looking forward to our upcoming cruise!

| Dear Carnival,
Carnival has truly earned its nickname of the "Fun Ships," if
you ask me. My family and I have had nothing but fun on the four
cruises we have taken on Carnival. We´ve had fun in the casinos,
watching the shows, on shore excursions, and the list goes on and
on. We have another cruise booked for February and we are looking
into others. Why should the fun stop?
Thanks,
Sheryl Maldonado

Dear Carnival,
I really enjoyed my first cruise, September 2003 on the Carnival
Conquest. The cruise director was great, as were all the onboard
activities and the shows at night. There was always something to
do. You were never bored. Shore excursions were great and worth
the price. They added Dunn´s River Falls and Dolphin Cove
as a tour together; those were two of the things I wanted to do
in Jamaica and I had a great time. In Grand Cayman, the Hell, Turtle
Farm and Stingray Tour was worth the price. If you go to Grand
Cayman, swimming with the stingrays is the one thing you don´t
want to miss. Cozumel had a lot of different tours to choose from.
I am ready to go again.

Dear Carnival,
September 2002 was my first cruise with Carnival, on the Pride.
In September 2003 I sailed on the Paradise. In between these two
cruises, my husband and I sailed on [a different cruise line].
One of the most obvious pluses noticed on the Pride and Paradise
was the service and "table settings" on the Lido deck buffet. Not
everyone would notice if there is a place setting waiting for them
at a clean table, but others, like me, notice those little touches.
Also noted on the Pride and Paradise was the attention given to
guests by the buffet staff. Servers actually came around with coffee
or juice refills when having breakfast in the buffet dining area.
I also noticed the staff working in the Lido deck restaurant were
always smiling and pleasant.

Dear Carnival,
I've enjoyed every one of my Carnival cruises (nine so far!) But
what I enjoy the most is the variety when it comes to food. I've
traveled with all types of groups: with my parents, alone with
my husband, with a large group of friends, with kids, without kids, "just
the girls," etc., and every time there has been something on the
menus to satisfy even the pickiest eater in our group. The formal
dinners are perfectly prepared and elegantly served. The desserts
are indescribable and the kids always love the 24-hour pizza and
ice cream service. Even our room service meals have been delicious
(best tuna salad I've ever had). Thank goodness for the shipboard
gyms or I'd definitely be bringing home "extra baggage."

Dear Carnival,
I would like to thank you for the family vacation of a lifetime.
We are a family of five, with one pre-teen and two teenaged daughters.
We took a seven-day Eastern Caribbean cruise on the Pride in June
of this year and it was a vacation my family will always cherish.
We feel like this was a much better experience than a hotel stay
because everything was right there. Excellent food, great staff
and great shows, not to mention the kids' program. Thank you again,
Carnival, for a vacation my family will always cherish, with hopefully
many more cruises to follow in the coming years.

Dear Carnival,
I sailed [on the Sensation] in January 2003 with my children and
six grandkids. Camp Carnival was wonderful! The children ranged
from ages 2 through 14 and they all had a great time. The counselors
and activities exceeded our expectations. The kids loved the treasure
hunt, karaoke, scavenger hunt, making t-shirts and other crafts,
dance lessons and the "teen" disco. We are all returning again
January 2004. Thank you, Carnival, for the great family memories.
