Dear Carnival Cruise
On September 25, 2011, my mother passed away while I was
traveling on your cruise line (Freedom).
The Guest Service Manager Gabiziela Montoya demonstrated “superfine”
service. She and her staff made sure
that I was “well” taken care. I do not know how to repay her and staff.
However, I know she and her staff was very sensitive and compassionate to my
needs concerning the traumatic news in the U.S. Although, my cruise was “bitter sweet”
Gabiziela Montoya and her staff made sure that my “fun” was “backdated” (to
ease my mind). I thank you Carnival
Cruise for employing a person that “cares” for people and is genuine in her
approach to the Life-Transition of my mother.
I will be revisiting “The Freedom” cruise-line again….God
