        did not get to go to cozumel due to fog, is carnival supposed to let us know something about a discount on future cruise, any info will be appreciated.

        the only "discount" would be that they refunded the 20.00 port charges to your s&s. they don't guarantee ports for instances as what happened on your cruise. You don't get a future cruise credit on that

        **One pet peeve that bugs the *hit out of me is people "threatening" to NEVER use Carnival, Hotel, etc because they don't get their way on something so stupid** sheesh.

        usualy if they credit you they do that while on the cruise not after. unless the entire cruise was canceled they usualy credit your sail and sign card.

        My girlfriend and I were also on that cruise, and I remember Carnival saying that they would reimburse 25% of the fare for the lost day, the shore excursions already booked, the port fee AND a 20% discount on a future cruise.  I have not head or seen anything about the discount since the cruise.

        i was on the ecstacy that was stuck at sea due to the fog. they kept us informed on what was going on. they allowed us to make phone calls for free to make travel arrangments witch didnt affect me. i live in the area. we got an extra night on the boat for free. but pix, achool, duty free shop, ect... did have to pay for if you wanted. my suggestion would be to contact carnival.
