Well, we started out taking the Glass Bottom Boat tour, was ok,would not do it again! We then headed to the beach and took in the Beach and a little snorkeling, this was great. We had lunch came back to the beach after walking around the Island a short way and got burnt!!!!I paid for it that night and the next day.The Island has plenty to offer,if you are not the beach type they have areas you can sit in the shade and read or play cards and take it all in from there. This is a very beautiful Island and just what you need if you are looking for a peaceful place.
Nassau: this place reminds me of the not so good area of New Orleans, since I live close to it.The shops are about the same, tours offered outside the Duty Free Shops are good. Straw Market, been there, done that and that's enough for me.I suggest that you see what you want at this port and return to the ship for lunch on Lido Deck. We had early 6:15 Dinner in Imagination and Freedie was our Materde. Our waiter and asst. waiter was Carolos and Iau at table 174, both were excellent.
Shows were Good and check out the Caenival Capers newspaper you will get in you room each night for the next day, this will help to plan the day.
We stayed at the Radisson Resort the night prior and left our vehicle there and they transported us to the dock both ways, excellent deal. Hope you have as good as trip as we had. Ronnie
