We cruised on the Liberty out of Miami the week of July 8th & my fiance left his iPhone in our room - we still do not have it back or any info on it's where abouts. We've contacted Carnival several times & I have to say this to Carnival:
Your on land customer service is awful! Your reps are rude & extremely disrespectful! We've received nothing but attitude from every rep we've dealt with in this matter. Your workers on ship are great & your people on land put your company to shame. I was beginning to recommend Carnival to other friends & family members, but now all I've told them is about how horrible your customer service on land trully is.
Now that I've gotten that out of the way - consider your glasses lost. We don't expect to get that phone back or to hear back from Carnival about it again. If you get them back, congrats! :)
