What to do....

Our plane lands at the Long Beach Airport at 10am and we can't start checking in for the cruise until 1:30pm. Does anyone know if we can drop our bags off anywhere or at the cruiseline befor 1:30. Just trying to figure out what we are going to do from 10am to 1:30pm.

Go right to the peir, they will take your luggage.  The Queen Mary is docked right next to the ship, you can go take a tour and walk around have something to eat ect...my friends have done this before.  I never have had the time but actually plan on doing it next time we leave from Long Beach.  It looks pretty fun!

The only thing to do is go directly to the ship. The Queen Mary is right there and you can tour and eat in their restaurant.

There is a free shuttle bus that will take you directly to the Aquarium of the Pacific and there are restaurants and shops there as well. The bus stop is to the left of the Queen Mary if your looking directly at it.

You can also check your carry-ons at the Queen Mary while you enjoy yourself there. We did this so we didn't have to lug our stuff around with us. When you check your bags at the port check if they are already giving boarding numbers out too and if not when they will start, you might be able to get an early boarding number.

You should be able to get checked in and boarding will begin around 11-11:30am.

Just because your documents say 1:30pm does not mean you can't get on board before then.

CCL always says later to break up the rush times. 

Once you get to the terminal you will see for yourself you can get on the ship before 1:30pm.
