Rugar and I must have had the same thing. I was sick with vomiting and diarrhea all day yesterday. I didn't leave the cabin, didn't even get dressed. It must have been a virus, because it's gone now. Yes, we are in Jamaica this morning. We haven't left the ship yet, but the view from here is spectacular! We can see blue, turquiose water, mountains and huts as well as resorts. We found out at breakfast that we can rent a shuttle to tour us around all day for about $15, so that is what we are going to do. Not all day, maybe about three hours. We are not going to get on one alone though...we are going to make sure there are lots of other cruisers getting on it with us.
Momma wants to know if you were able to go to the bank for her. Also, is Daddy working or is he too sick? If he's not able to work, he really needs to go to the doctor or at least have Dr. B or Miss Esther call him in some antibiotics. He really should go get a shot. We have antibiotics at home if you could convince him to take some.
We'll try to check in later tonight. We just had breakfast and are about to go up to the cabin and use the bathroom and freshen up before we hit the island. We set sail tonight @ 6:00 heading for the Cayman Islands. We have an excursion there, so we have to be in the front lobby for 7:30 in the morning. We have a tour from 8:15 - 11:15, then we will have the afternoon to do some shopping in the area Miss Linda told you about.
