The menu has changed, but this is what we had last October.
RECEPTION: Ahi Tuna Tartar, Wasabi Crisp, Duck Pot Sticker, Steak Taco, Avocado Cheesecake and Champagne. Served during Galley tour.
MENU: Beef Carpaccio, Fried Calamari, Fire roasted Tomato and Poblano Chili Bisque, Chpped Mediterranean Salad, Filet of Chilean Sea Bass, Aged Filet Mignon, Chocolate Melting Cake and wine, wine and more wine. Plenty of food, could not finish everything.
It was a fantastic experience. Loved it!
