'Had a great experience. I'll just list a few observations...
The Triumph is a beautiful ship. I read on here that some complained that it had darker colors but I found the decor to be understated and elegant. 'Very nicely done. The cabins are standard with a pink bathroom; thought that was interesting.
My grandaughter loved Camp Carnival (she's 5). 'Had to drag her outta there to do some things together on our days at sea.
The back of the boat is best for quiet. There is a small pool and two hot tubs back there. Every time we headed back there it was pretty quiet with just a few in the tubs and pool. This back area has a retractable roof for pretty weather and covered for rain.
Did not run into a single unfriendy/unhelpful crew member. We were pampered and taken care of; very enjoyable.
The movies on deck at night were a mixed bag... Armageddon the first night, A Fistful of Dollars another night. But The Lion King one night was a nice family event. We sat out on deck and enjoyed it very much.
Food was wonderful everywhere... Main Dining Room as well as Lido Deck.
Debarkation was a breeze... walked off the ship and got through customs within 30 minutes.
This was only my second cruise so I realize there are alot of expert/experienced cruisers on here. But I just couldn't find anything to complain about! We had a great time.
Note: We spent the day at Cozumel at Mia Playa Beach. This was an all inclusive excursion (food, drinks - alcohol and non alcohol, beach toys). This was our first Cozumel beach. It was wonderful; the water clear with fish swimming around our feet and a gorgeous day. It did rain twice but just quick showers that came through.
