I am sure that you will enjoy the Sensation. I got a KICK out of the Cruise Director Wee Jimmy. A jolly Scottish Lad with quite the sense of humor. If you are curious how the cabin stewards make those towel animals, the Assistant Cruise Director Weezie teaches a session on making the animals. My wife and I made two different animals. It was actually very interesting. On the first day (day of embarkation) we went up to the Spa before sailing time to get a free sample massage. Be sure to fill out a card for a spa drawing and turn it in at the Spa front desk. When you get on board, the waiters were all over the place hanging out free glasses of champagne. Before I knew it my wife had downed 3 of them. Also try out the "drink of the day". Waiters are also all over the place trying to push these. They are $7.50 each, but you can turn the glass in for a $1 off your next DOTD.
I had to chuckle at my wife at dinner the first night. The bar lady came around peddling "shots" in a nice fancy shot glass. Before I knew it, my wife said sure, one for each of the four of us. She did not realize they cost extra! It was actually good, and we got them another night and kept the shot glasses for souvenirs. My wife washed them, and put them in our china cabinet.
I am hoping to convince my wife to take another cruise and do a 7 day one. We have a 25th wedding anniversary coming up next year. Sounds like a good reason to splurge for another cruise and try out one of the larger ships to make our own comparison. However, I did like the intimacy of the smaller ship.
