I remember being so nervous before my first cruise - not knowing what to expect or how'll you'll feel being on the ship. But then I went and fell in love with cruising, so hopefully you will too!
We did the Aquarium at Atlantis, but not the water park part. That was fun. The straw market is definitely an interesting spot in Nassau too. In Freeport we took a cab to a local beach, and in Florida we took a bus to Cocoa Cocoa beach. We're probably going to keep it low key this time, and just hang out and do beach stuff at each port. There is so much to do on the ship, and in the first few cruises I went on, I felt like I wanted to do and see everything...all of the games, shows, pools, musicians, casino, clubs, karaoke, etc. So this cruise for us will be more of a "relax" vacation - without me having fear of missing something.
Preliminary packing is a great idea, and makes the cruise feel all that much closer. Three months to go! Let me know if you have any specific questions about the ship in the meantime.
