I too had the same problem. I am going on the inspiration on then 22nd of Feb.
I called the customer service number and all she said was that she did not know why they are not coming up, the only thing she could think of was that all services were booked and to check in when on board...
I think I found a solution. When you go to your booking and pull up spa services it gives you three drop down boxes, one for the date, one for the time of day and the third for the type of service. If under the time of day option, you can only use morning, noon, or evening. If you do the anytime option it will show no service. Just make sure you scroll through each time of day because when I did one of our days at sea it gave me different options between morning and evening.
Not sure why anytime won't work.
