Us too! We cruise next month and we're really excited. Until I'm given a good "personal" reason not to cruise with Carnival, they will keep me as a passenger. It take a lot to upset me so I'm sure that will not be an issue. I will not cancel because things like this happen. No more than I would decide to lock myself in my home because I might get in a car wreck or that my plane might crash on vacation or anything else. Life is unpredictable.....that's half of what makes it...uhm.... interesting.
@ Toodles - I wouldn't sweat the passengers that made signs out of the sheets. If it gave them comfort or keep their minds busy while all this was going on....let them have them. Carnival can afford them. And also....it has been said that they were given those robes. If they offered me a robe for free... I'd take it too. No worries there.
I too am glad to see what Carnival did in the aftermath of this whole thing and they did a great job of getting them back safely. Hope they can figure out the cause of the problem and get it up and running soon. And hopefully they can tweak any plans they need to to minimize issues like this in the future.
Whoever cruises on the Triumph after this will probably feel like they're on a brand new ship....lucky ducks!.
Happy cruising to you all!
