 Amy, Lilly, Missy,    do you guys realize that in 7, yes that is 7 days we will be meeting   The  is drawing near.  I have a 3 day weekend so will start to make a list of what I need to take.   Then in 9 days we meet the rest of the crew, let the festivities begin.    I wish that Sage was going with us, I have enjoyed  her posts and think she would be a great asset to our group.

Thanks for the schedule & we should wear those beads so that we know who the crazy Roll Call party people are at the meet & greet...Good idea, I have extra beads to bring and you know what they do with those beads in New Orleans (toss when flashed) I will recruit...(that is without the flashing), sorry Ice Man need to keep it clean if younger ages are present..

A.C. I'm not too good playing cards, but I want to win the pot.  So, I have to take some cards from Arizona with me, correct?

Yes, you just need a deck of cards from where you live.  I've never played the Poker Crawl before but it sounds easy.  One card from each cabin and you make the best poker hand that you can with the cards you draw.  Best hand wins the pot and you keep your cards as a reminder of who you played the game with.

OMG!!  Only 8 days until I leave for L.A........................and I haven't packed yet!!  I think I'm going to use the K.I.S.S. method with my packing.

That poker game sounds fun! I think I'll go to a local souvenir store tomorrow and buy a deck of Calgary playing cards. We'll have to play on a sea day---maybe the second one, Tuesday?

Carol, I now know what you mean about feeling nervous. I'm feeling VERY nervous, but as for DH, he's thinking like he usually does, ie: "Wedding plans take care of themselves", or, in this case: "Planning a cruise takes care of itself". We went out for dinner tonight for my sister's birthday, and our cruise buddies came with us. Jevgrl's honey is SO excited that he talked about the cruise all the way through dinner! It was SO much fun listening to him---if my DH and I had not already been booked, we would have run straight home and reserved one of the few remaining cabins on this cruise. My other sister---(not the birthday girl)--was there tonight as well, and said that the excitement among us "cruisers" was catching, and she felt the urge to book immediately on our ship, but she's too busy at work to follow through!

Amy & Lilly, we will be having a drink at the Hyatt with Carol and Terry NEXT FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!! Woo hoo!!

Hi  Carolyn, good to see you over here.  Yes we have a few meets planned, first one on sail day in the lobby bar. Look back to Amy's posts and she has them all listed.  We will be the crazy ones with the Mardi Gras Beads on    My husband and I are celebrting his birthday and our anniversary.  We have a lot of celebrations within our group.  I live in Anaheim and am meeting a couple of people in Anaheim on friday night and then Saturday my husband and  are staying on the queen Mary.  There are a couple of people who are staying near the port.  Look back thru our our posts .

 Hi Everyone,    Well I will see you all on Sunday!!!!! OMG that has a great sound to it.   Am sitting here drinking coffee thinking I should be doing something else but be on the computer, like going to the store as the coffee pot is dying a slow death and it would be tragic if I could not have coffee tomorrow morning, MY LAST DAY TO WORK! Yipee

 I was just reading a post of someone who just came back and they said it was cool in Long Beach, so be sure to have a light jacket or sweater, fantastic down in Mexico and then cool again when they got back to Long Beach.  So guess we had better be prepared.  

AC, I still have not found cards from California, but will keep looking.
