Rooms on the Lido Deck

Can anyone that has been in a stateroom on the Lido Deck of the Triumph let me know if there was any issues with noise?  I know on the Fantasy the pools pretty much shut down by the time we went to bed at night but the Fantasy didn't have rooms on the Lido deck either. I wouldn't imagine it would be an issue but I just want to make sure.  Thanks in advance.

I also would like to hear some opinions.  We have a cabin booked on the Lido deck in May.

We have been on the Triumph 3 times. We had cabins on the Lido Deck and the Panarama Deck no noise problems ever day or night. We always pick these two decks because we like being close to the pool and coffee in the morning. Plus my wife hates using the public restrooms and or cabin is close to where we spend a lot of our time.

Glad to hear...we also have a Balcony Room booked for the May 31st cruise.  I was curious as to the noise level on this deck.  Thanks for the info.

Just wanted to mention though, about the coffee, you can have it delivered to your room at whatever time you want no matter what deck you're on.

Hi All!

We have just returned for a cruise on the Triumph last week.  We also were booked on the Lido deck.  The only problem we had they had a couple with kids, our room was in the middle, parents to the right of us, kids to the left of us.  Not even 1 hour into our trip I hear screaming really loud from the kids side off the deck, I was unpacking clothes I threw them down and ran to the balcony, and asked if someone had fell, they said No they were yelling for their parents who were to the right of our room.  They had 4 kids, it sounded like they were tearing up the room at times, loud music, and so forth.  the only day it was quite was when they went on their excursion in Cozumel.  Never Again.........We were not happy with this, and didn't want to complain too much they were on vacation too, but were ruining ours, this was into the late night hours too.  Daytime I could kind of understand.

We're going to book one of the 4 interior rooms near the elevators that go in the opposite direction of the other rooms on the ship.  I'm just hoping there's not too much noise from the elevator traffic and such.

We' ve got the three forward staterooms booked on the Lido and personally........everybody can come and party with us!!   LoL....can't wait for this cruise.... January 15,2011. If I can hold out that long. Just booked another stateroon down the hall from us for son and his fiance,and two more staterooms will be booked this weekend for friends wanting to go! So, obviously, I'm not that concerned with any noise, being all the way forward on the ship. No amount of noise will ruin this cruise.

We are booked in a inside cabin that is the closest  to the doors going out on the Lido, so hopefully it won't be too loud.  I did this, because as a smoker, I can just walk out there to smoke rather than inside our cabin, as my daughter is a non-smoker and I don't want the smoke bothering her.  We are going in May, so can post how it was when we get back.
