The wife and I will be on the 3/10 cruise along with 4 friends.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and honeymoon.

Our youngest son honeymooned in St. Maarten and we are excited to visit since he's told us so much about it.

      Best Regards,

Hey crzygrl75, me again.  It's about time someone started posting on here again.  Not too long now.  We are up to 21 people from East Tennessee in 8 cove balconies.  We are leaving on Thursday and spending the night halfway.   Flying just wasn't an option this time...closest airport with direct flight that worked with our cruise was 2 1/2 hours away.

HEY TN VOLS! gosh, i can't believe there is no one else on this site going on this cruise!! LOL , normally, I get numerous responses and we all meet up! About 5 groups from this forum met up a few years ago, after chatting on here... it was a blast! :)  What rooms were you in again? I know you were right down the hall from us.....we'll haveto come say hello! what's your name, btw? and holy cow to that group!! HOW FUN!!!!! We couldn't even get 2 more people to committ to a cruise! LOL... I'm an addict :) hehe

Welcome MarnGar and Dee :)  I think it'd be so fun to travel first to get to a cruise!! not just drive 30 mins or an hour away! haha.. BUT i guess that (living this close) DOES have it perks :)

I can't wait to go!! I've never been to St. Maarten or St. Thomas.. we're trying to figure out what and if we want to go excursions! I've only been with a group of single girls in my past, and with our kids last year.. SO , a little opposite from just the two of us! haha.

Oh and thank you for the congrats!! SO stressy right now, It's March 3 (wedding) and so much to do still! :)

      Ready to Relax!!! - Heather

Hi Heather,  I'm Cathy, husband is Glenn and 13 yr old daughter, Lauren.   Travelling with friends and family.  We have cabins 2276-2294, I think.  We are in 2294, same as last year.  We will be staying at the Country Inn and Suites again. Really liked it, new, clean, and very close to the port.  You can even see the ship from some of the rooms.   There is a fairly large group on cruise critic having a meet and greet that you can sign up for.  I can't remember the price, somewhere around $20 per person I think.  We are not signed up, there are too many of us.  We will go to the past guest party though, can't pass up those free drinks.

Haven't decided on excursions yet.   My nephew and his wife are swimming with the dolphins in Nassau and two other things.  It's their first cruise and they want to do it all.  We have done the dolphins twice and loved it, but not enough to do it a third time.

We will have to meet up....if you're not preoccupied the whole time...being newlyweds.

Hi all, my family (spouse,  2 boys ages 12 and 15 ) will be on this cruise also.  This is our 2nd Carnival cruise and we are really looking forward to it.  I have 2 adjoining coves.  We are flying in nite before from Minnesota so I am looking forward to warm weather!

gosh , wish I would've met up with you all with kids and teens when we cruised with our kiddos last March!!! LOL

It doesn't matter to us though :) We are mid 30's (well i'm pushing a couple years over MID, haha) and young at heart! We have fun!   And haha, we will be newlyweds, but not too crazy pre-occupied :) Not so much going to be very romantic, should've done that Tennessee trip for that I guess! :(    I do want to spend those 3 days at sea solid poolside all day that's for sure! Oooh I want to swim with dolphins :)  it just gets so dang pricey for everything.. even when there's just the two of us! gawsh!! We DO want to have massages though!! Wonder how much those are onboard! :)

OH yea, that guest party is when you board right? or later? can't remember all of that, because I don't think i've ever been!! lol, we head straight to Lido and start drinking there! haha  And well after we make our sneaky on board beverages :)  I'm a trained professional when it comes to that! Shhhh :)

And Tamara.. oh lord, Minnesota?? I've never seen snow and can't even imagine what WINTER would feel like!! WE don't have it!! ever! haha.. it's been 80 degrees the past few months (except our occasional cold spells we get for a DAY!)  We had a cold front come in today though, it's going down to 75 tomorrow!!!! ahahahhahaahha , and I'm dead serious! it's CRAZY!!  Guess we should've taken a cruise to Alaska or something.. hehe.

Well I'll have to find you in our hallway :)  I already forgot our room #, it's about 8 or 9 rooms to the left of yours though.. in cove balcony. which will be my FIRST balcony cruise in 8 cruises! So exciting :)

Heather,  I checked and it's  $119 for Swedish Massage to  $242 for couples massage with some inbetween.  I do remember that they offer deals on port days and toward the end of the cruise.  The massages are 50 minutes and they will try to sell you products.  You just have to be firm and say no, if you aren't interested.    I have a massage at least once a month so that isn't something I'd spend money on UNLESS I got one of those $30 ones on a beach somewhere.  You can look at the spa services under Manage my cruise: plan activities.
