Cannot print boarding pass?

Just curious, is there an issue with printing boarding passes?  I've tried contacting Carnival and my Travel Agent and both of them keep telling me to keep waiting, it'll print...eventually.

Just wanted to know if anyone else was getting this when they try to print thier boarding pass?

Go to "Manage My Cruise" and verify ALL items have been completed.

Already did that Crusty, I've also verified that everyone in my group is fully paid.  I've got a day or two until the magic '29 day' mark, but I'm just getting a bit nervous is all.

I'm dealing with the same issue. I have double checked all my information and still coming up with that message, as well as my luggage tags saying TBA when i've had a room number since day 1.

What browser are you using?

If using IE try switching to Firefox or Chrome.

  Not necessarily.... IE 8 works fine.  I've heard IE9 has some bad problems, if using it either drop back to IE8, or use Firefox/Chrome. Good luck.

I use FireFox at home, at the office I use IE 8, and I've also tried chrome...no dice on any of the big three.  I suppose I could load safari and try it, but if those three aren't doing it then I'm pretty sure its something on Carnivals end.

try downing loading goggle chrome. I was having trouble with the carnival site but since I've been using chrome, it's the very best, give it a try might solve the problem...happy sailing

 I was having the same problem. Could not get docs to print. Tried for a couple of days.

Anyway I tried it again a little while ago and it still wouldn't print. Went outside for a few minutes and when I came back in they had printed. Delayed reaction I guess. It was a good 10 minutes after I hit "print" till they actually printed.

I do believe it is something with Carnival causing the  problem, since I don't have problems printing from any other site.

Try clearing out your cache.   What a horrible problem to have.   A lot of anticipation is printing out your boarding pass.
