Soaky Saturday 2/4/2012

Good Morning, Folks! It's raining here and through a lot of the Northeast and Midwest I assume. At least it's not snow.

Good morning Smitty. It's 70 here right now butt that's as good as it will be for at least the next week. A cold front with rain is due to arrive anytime. Butt that's good. We need the rain and Super Bowl Sunday is tomorrow. So staying inside will be easy!

Hi guys, the cool front already came through Austin.  Phil had the windows open yesterday, it was in the 70s.  Right now it is 52 and we did get rain in the night but not sure how much.  I woke to to thunder but went back to sleep or I was afraid I would be up the rest of the night.  I don't understand, my ds said we got over 6" of rain the Wednesday we were on the cruise and yet the lakes aren't starting to fill.  Where is it going?  They took Dallas out of severe drought situation but not here.

I got some good news last night, my ds, Mike, called and two friends from our hometown are going on our next cruise with us.  It will be so nice to see them again after all these years.

Good morning Brian, I have missed you lately.  Are you at work?  I don't think I read anything about your cruise, did you have the greatest time ever?  I can't believe how much fun Phil and I can have on a cruise without our kids.  LOL

Joan i Loved the Liberty  it is gooing to be hard for carnival to top this cruise but im willing to give them a chance we had Karl with a K as are CD and loved him  this was the best cruise i have taken yet and look forward to some of the other ships getting the 2.0 upgrades but i will warn yall i think im spoiled to the alcamy bar i know i spelled that wrong but watch out some of their drinks pack a punch or 3  lol really loved it the the buritos they were awsome and guys burgers were the best
