Good morning family from cold Austin Texas.  It is only 46 right now unlike the 70s and 80s we have had the past week.  I know as soon as I post this, someone else will be posting at the same time so let's see what happens.

Good Morning, Joan! You posted while I was finishing up my SB Sunday Spot! Should I move my cakes over here?

Good morning Smitty.  I just knew as soon as I posted, someone else would be doing it at the same time.  ROFLMAO!  I see the Magic is at the dock, no fog this morning.  It looks very windy and rainy in Galveston.  I don't envy them getting off in that weather after being in the warm balmy Caribbean for a week.  We had cool weather to come back to but not like this.

At least we aren't getting rain to go with the cold, although we still need more.  We had 6" one day while we were at sea but it didn't even start to fill the lakes.  My son said it did rain in hill country so I don't get it.

You might move you cakes over here but I might be tempted.  I don't like cake.  I used to have a wedding cake business so I got caked out.  I do like fruit pies but try not to eat them either.  I was proud of myself, I didn't have one dessert on our seven day cruise and I think I only had one on our Hawaiian cruise.  I try not to overdo with the food.

Smitty, your cake for the super bowl looks good.  Are you having a super bowl party.  I would love to be on a cruise today just for the excitement even though i do not generally watch the whole game:-)  Are you feeling better now.  I see over 100 people on another cruise line got that norovirus.  I bet that is awful:-(

Smitty, your cake for the super bowl looks good.  Are you having a super bowl party.  I would love to be on a cruise today just for the excitement even though i do not generally watch the whole game:-)  Are you feeling better now.  I see over 100 people on another cruise line got that norovirus.  I bet that is awful:-(

Hi Bridgett! We were to spend the evening watching the SB with our new friends and neighbors we met on the Splendor. They only live 2.5 miles away from us. However, Diane now has the norovirus thing going on. Sigh!

Bridget, the Magic is already docked and as I said on FB, I swore I saw some folks scratching and clawing when they were told they had to leave.  I don't imagine it could be anyone we know, do you think?  LOL

Tell Diane, I really feel bad for her if she has norovirus.  I got it on the last night before we returned from the Dream b2b.  I have never been so sick but it didn't last long.  We had to fly home two days later and although I wasn't feeling good, I couldn't wait to get back home.  I never reported it to Carnival because we were done with the cruise and what could they do?  Lorri and Scott got it two days later and couldn't even drive us to the airport.  They had a friend drive us.  I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy, if I had one.
