Very relaxing trip. Mom loves reading the book "Shannon" and watching the news about the new pope. We decided to stay aboard the ship in Jamaca and today it was overcast and rainy in Georgetown, Caymon Islands. I didn't mind at all. I stayed in the hot tub and met lots of different families. Tonight is a second "Elegant Night". Before we left I bought a new tux that only coat $85 - so I feel elegant AND thrifty. I went by the Dining Room and saw that tonight's menu includes chateaubriand with bearnaise sauce and escargots. I'm sure you saw the news about the Carnival ship in St. Maartans. Lots of jokes about that.
Glad you got the key. I hope all goes well for the party. I guess you'll miss the green river in Chicago, but I'm sure Nawlins will be pretty green.
We won a second trivia contest and came close two or three other times. It's been great. Lots of folks from Texas and Mississippi. Ols Miss' Spring Break is this week. Next week there will be hundreds of kids from Arkansas and the Texas schools on break. The ship is sold out but nothing is too crowded. Having a balcony is a real luxury. So far out nightly towels have been fashioned into a walrus, a rabbit, an elephant and (can't remember the fourth).
See you Sunday. Check up on the others. I hope Sean's new job is going well and that Bridget stays smart on her Break. But for now, we'll just enjoy Irish Week on the Conquest No green beer.
