This will be my first time cruising and I am so looking forward to it.  I jsut have a quick question.  Can someone please give examples of the types of dishes that are served in the dining room vs. the lido deck.

Any information that you give is greatly appreciated!!!

they have a "starter" which is like an appitizer, then soup, salad or both if you want.  Maincourses usually consist of a steak, poultry, fish, with vegetable sides.  you can order more than 1 maincourse if you want- then there is dessert- usually ice cream, chocolate, berries/fruit, lemon or carrot cake, and cheeses- lots of options and then  they have the spa section which is just smaller, healthier portions.  They also have a part of the menu that does not change- that you can order the same every night if you want- this usually consists of a burger of some sort, a steak.  There are so many options... and if you don't like something just ask for something else- on all 4 cruises I have been on, they have been more than accomodating.  I love the chocolate melting cake.  They also serve coffee or hot chocolate with dessert!  enjoy- the dining room is all a part of the experience!!

** no french dressing- my husband will bring his own next time.

Google or dogpile your ship...  ie.  Carnival Pride Menu.  There are a lot of sites out there that have menus  posted, such as webshots.com.

PLEASE RETURN THE PRIDE TO LONG BEACH!!!
