Ingredients for The Ringer:
5.5 oz ground beef
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
1/2 ounce processed Cheez Whiz®
1 oz slice of cheddar cheese
1/2 oz finely shaved Vidalia onion
1 1/2 oz finely shaved iceberg lettuce
5 slices kosher dill pickle
1 slice heirloom tomato
2 Tbsps low-sodium chicken broth mixed with 1 Tbsp water.
1 rojo onion ring
1 Tbsp Guy Fieri
Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce

Ingredients for Donkey Sauce:
1/4 c minced roast garlic
1 c prepared mayonnaise
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp regular hot dog mustard
1/4 tsp kosher salt
4 pinches ground black pepper

Ingredients for Toasted Bun:
1 soft hamburger bun, split in half and add 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp kosher salt
SINK YOUR TEETH INTO THE RINGER.
 
Cooking directions:

Roll ground beef into a tight ball. Heat a flat-top grill to approximately 600 degrees. Season with salt and pepper for taste. Place hamburger ball on flat-top and flatten with a spatula. Cook for 1-1/2 minutes to develop a crust on the first side. Flip over and cook for 1 more minute on the second side, then top with Cheez Whiz and a slice of cheddar cheese. Place a dome lid over the top of the burger. (Pour the mixture of stock/water on to the flat-top so the liquid runs under the dome and creates a steam to cook the burger and melt the cheese.) Let sit for 3 minutes.

Melt butter with garlic and season with salt. Brush inside of bun halves and toast on the flat-top for 3-4 seconds until golden and crisp. Flip and toast for 3-4 seconds so the outsides are also lightly toasted.

To assemble burger, smear donkey sauce on cutside of both bun halves. Layer base with pickle slices and hamburger patty. Top with rojo onion ring, BBQ Sauce, shaved onion, tomato and lettuce, then place the top half of the bun on top. Serve immediately.
