Best Price Guarantee:
The Best Price Guarantee applies to the cruise fare only. The Best Price Guarantee protection will not apply to prevailing government fees and taxes and/or fuel supplement. Lower rates must be publicly advertised fares available to the general public and exclude group rates, membership programs, charters or other Travel Agent promotions not offered by Carnival to the general public, including but not limited to travel agent rebates. To submit a Best Price Guarantee claim, visit carnival.com online and complete all the information required on the Best Price Guarantee claim form. You will be asked to provide the lower rate amount and where the rate can be found. Lower rate must: i) be for the same ship, sail date, stateroom category and number of guests; and ii) be available for booking at the time Carnival reviews your completed Best Price Guarantee claim form. All Best Price Guarantee claim forms must be submitted online within 48 hours of booking your cruise and verified by Carnival in order to qualify for the onboard credit. The onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value. Any unused portion of the onboard credit will be forfeited. Best Price Guarantee program may be discontinued or changed at any time.

Early Saver:
Cruise rate are in US dollars, per person, based on double occupancy, capacity controlled and subject to change at any time without prior notice. Government taxes and fees are additional for all guests. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking for all guests to secure confirmed accommodations. Offer is valid for new bookings only and is not combinable with any other discounted or promotional offer. Category restrictions and exclusions apply. No name changes are allowed. A $50 service fee may be assessed per person for ship and/or sail date changes made prior to the final payment due date. Cancellation penalties apply.

Price Protection Terms and Conditions:
Price assurance applies to new Early Saver bookings only and requires payment of a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Applies to cruise fare only. Applies only to a Carnival.com or Carnival advertised fare available to the general public and excludes group rates, membership programs, charters or other Travel Agent promotions not offered by Carnival to the general public, including but not limited to travel agent rebates. When submitting a rate lock request, you must provide the lower rate amount and where the rate can be found. Lower rate must be: (i) for the same ship, sail date, stateroom category and number of guests; (ii) be a Carnival advertised rate and (iii) be available for booking at the time the request is submitted, as determined by Carnival's reservation agents. Verified rate difference is issued as an on-board credit. The on-board credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value. Any unused portion of the onboard credit will be forfeited. Rate lock is not combinable with other promotions. Price protection will be subject to the prevailing fees and/or fuel supplement if applicable.

Bloggers Cruise:
Rates are per person, based on category 4A and above, double occupancy, capacity controlled, and cruise only. Prices subject to change without prior notice. Government fees/taxes are additional per guest. Offer is capacity controlled and applies to new individual bookings only. Offer available on the Carnival Fantasy for 2/7/09 only. Past Guest:
Offer is valid for Carnival past guests, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. Cruise rates are in U.S. dollars, per person and based on double occupancy. Government taxes and fees are additional for all guests. Prices vary by ship and sailing date, and space is subject to availability at time of booking. Blackout dates may apply. Promotion is applicable to select 2009 ships and departures (some holidays may be excluded). Minimum category purchase of 4A is required. Cash Back:
*Cruise rates are in U.S. dollars, per person and based on double occupancy. Fare code OCB must be requested to receive promotion. No name changes. Cash back offer is non-transferable. Cash back is provided as a refundable onboard credit to your Sail & Sign account of: (i) $50 per person up to a maximum of $100 per stateroom on select 3-4 day sailings; (ii) up to $75 per person up to a maximum of $150 per stateroom on select 5 day sailings; or (iii) up to $120 per person up to a maximum of $240 per stateroom on select 6, 7 or 8 day sailings. If your Sail & Sign account has a cash balance at the end of the cruise after all authorized purchases have been applied to the account, any remaining unused portion of the cash back onboard credit will be delivered in check form to your stateroom on the morning of debarkation with your final Sail & Sign statement.
