Excursion help for Cabo San Lucas

We will be on the Pride in May and are looking for recommendations for excursions in Cabo San Lucas.  Will not have the children this time, so looking for some help.  Thanks

We are doing the Wild Canopy Tour.  My mom just did it in Puerto Vallarta and said it was so much fun--and she is a big chicken.

The Horseback riding in Cabo was great....the horses are taken care of by a gent in Oklahoma...I never ride in the islands but the Cabo horses are healthy as well as beautiful and very happy...first time I have ever seen one drop on his back and wiggle with happiness like my lab does.... these are true horses with meat on their bones...if you choose this excursion give them a kiss for me :)

The water in Cabo is very good so if you like to snorkel or otherwise, check out some of those trips.  I was on one and it was the best time of the trip.  we chased a pod of dolphins and were almost able to touch them.  there is the dolphin swim also.

The Dolphin Swim.  It's a little spendy but an awesome experience.  Also, there is a little outdoor cantina on the marina on the corner by the pier.  A little slow on service but the food and margaritias were awesome.
