My husband and I are celebrating out 25th wedding anniversary on Nov 12 (yes,we were married very young Smile ) and are looking forward to a week of relaxation, fun and sun since we live in the Washington DC area and it is generally cold in November. Never been on the Triumph, did cruise on the Fascination last year and had lots of fun, also have been on 3 Royal Carribean cruises.  Any comments or suggestions?

My husband and I will be on the Triumph on the week of 11/09/08.

We got cabin number 7419 hoping it has a bigger balcony after looking at the ships cabins online.  We went on the Pride this spring and had a ball. I recommend to everyone to go to the first after dinner show with the cruise director on stage. My husband got chosen to go on stage and they showed the clip every hour on the hour in everyones cablin as the first to the CD they sell for the week. The whole week everyone knew us and called us by name. We felt like celebraties..heh heh.

I was wondering the same thing, will be be hot in November or should we bring warm clothes or sweaters. I usually bring a sweater as it's usually too air conditioned for me inside anyway.

My husband and I and another couple will be on this cruise with you as well. we will be already on board as we are also sailing on the Nov 2 cruise as well. This will be our 2nd and 3rd cruise on Carnival. Our first Carnival cruise was on the Pride on the Mexican Rivera in 2003 we had a wonderful time. We have also cruised 3 times on Princess.

We are in cabin 6367 for both sailings of our crusies. Going to go to all the shows we can during the Nov 2 sailing so we can sit back and enjoy the Nov 9th sailing with no rushing to shows.

Looking forward to a great time.

There is a bunch (50+) of us coming too. We are posted on the Cruise Critics.com site. We are having a meet and greet just after the ship sails at the rear of the ship by the bar. Just look for a loud bunch and thats us.

We will try and catch up with you, sounds like a fun group!  Which bar are meeting at, I've never sailed on the Triumph before but I'm sure there are many bars onboard.  I tried to connect to Cruise Critics.com but couldn't figure it out, any suggestions?  Probably just operator error :)

The Triumph is out of Dry dock. Check out the link to the Cruise Critic boards, someone has posted a picture of the new Big Screen on the Lido Deck.
