I am trying to make my final payment online. All previous payments I have done through the telephone. When I try to do this online I get an error, 5187: Invalid Agency or Alternate Agency. Can anyone help me with this?

Past Experience has shown that if you pay by credit card by phone, you must continue to do so.

You will need to contact your travel agency or Carnival directly to process your final payment.

Carnival has responded to this before. If you book on line you can pay on line. If you book thru a PVP you must pay thru a PVP.

      Hi Ccrawfo,

Other posts are correct; you can only pay online if you originally booked online through carnival.com.  You either will have to call into your travel agent or Carnival directly.

      Mischelle,

Why is this?  I would think that Carnival would want to free their PVP's up to book new cruises and not take payments.  It would be so much easier to make these payments online.

I agree.  One of the reasons I booked directly through carnival was to be able to do more on-line.  I didn't realize I was going to have to call them to make the payment.  At least I can do just about everything else on-line.
