3 Hour Kayaking was great!

 

We took the 3 hour kayaking trip through the Carnival shore excursion and it was great.  They bussed us to the river, gave us quit instruction, fitted us in our kayak and then off we went.  We talking with one of the guides as we paddled along and he told us all sorts of facts about the area.  We floated by a Bald Eagle nest and saw them fly above us and land in tthe trees.  On a side note, we didn’t get wet – they lifted you in and out of the water onto the dry sand.  Some people were even wearing jeans and never got wet.

 

They also stopped and showed us the reversing falls twice...

 

Well worth the money… we did not choose the lobster bake and kayak option… we ate lobster on the ship and had no desire to splurge on shore.
