I was just wondering how long it usually takes you to get off the ship, go through customs and get to the airport? I have a 930am departing flight...think I'll be able to make it?

I would not have booked a flight that early.  The evening before debarkation they will have a meeting and if you have flights to catch early, you can arrange to be in the first group to get off.  We did that when we went out our cruise in July, but one that early, I don't think you will make it.  Remember, most airports require you are there an 1.5 to 2.0 hours before your flight.  You're pushing it with a flight that early even if you carry you luggage off yourself I would change if I was you.  We had a flight out at 12:40 and we made our fine although we did have to wait but we also docked a little earlier.  It goes pretty fast getting through customs if everyone in front of you has done what they are supposed to; they suggest no flights before 2:00 I think it is but 12:30 or so you can normally make it depending on how many other people get off in your group and what type of ground transportation you have arranged.  I hope you make it! take advantasge of the self assist program you can leave the ship as soon as they start letting people off, also you keep your bags and take them off with you. Also the night before go to the Internet Cafe and check in for your flight online then all you have to do at the airport is go to the bag drop.

That is an awfully early flight if your ship docks at 8 a.m.  I would check with Carnival to make sure it is possible to make that flight.  If you can't change your flight departure time Carnival may help you get off the ship 1st.  Good luck but I think you will really be cutting hat one close.
