Ok, my family and I will be sailing on the Freedom on June 20, '09. We've booked a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale for a pre-cruise and post-cruise stay (only 1 day before our cruise and one day after we're back). Anyhow, we wanted to know if there are any shuttles from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami... or is it best to get a Taxi?  If so, about how much is the cost?  We really want to make the most of our time in Florida and would appreciate any suggestions... thank you so much in advance!  Happy sailing!  :)))

Abby, how many in your party.? We are a family of 5 who is doing the same. We found Sun and Moon Express who will transport us from our hotel in Ft. Lauderdale to Port of Miami for $65.00 for all 5. Then we will be renting a vehicle on the return trip to drive the coast back up from Miami. Also, this transport is a private transport not a shared ride. Hope this helps.
