I've done this excursion.  The boat ride was fun.  But, no, there isn't much to do once you get to the island.  The day we went, it was very windy and they wouldn't let you even get in the water.  But, even if so, there wasn't much to do.  I wanted to try out the Segways.  But, they said if we were from carnival we couldn't get on one because some one from carnival fell off one and was sueing.  I was not happy  But, we still had fun.  It was very relaxing.

Beware! This tour is offered online by only one company who has huge issues with providers and clients. Check cruisecritic for further info on tourcozumel.net....i would not book anything with them!

 I just got back and did the Isla Pasion by Twister.  We loved it!!  The ride is awesome.  The driver and first mate are excellent. We had Leo and Miguel.  It's safe and thrilling.  This was my second trip to the island and it is my favorite stop.  The beach is absolutely beautiful!  Open bar, free buffet with great food, hammocks, swimming, trampoline on the water, and more.  I brought my snorkel gear and swam around. They do not have any coral reefs but I like to see what fish are hanging around.  Was I surprised! I saw several little pretty fish, then by the trampoline I saw a Barracuda!  It wasn't bothering anyone, just trolling. You can imagine my surprise however. I didn't want to alarm anyone so I didn't mention it to anyone.  (don't be alarmed)    On my first trip to Passion Island we found lots of shells. I had my children with me that time and they did the hunting, not me.  This time I didn't look for any. I was snorkeling, eating, and lounging the whole time. I could have stayed longer.   Twister is the only way to get there now that I've found it. I can't wait to go again and take my family.  I hope you have a great time.
