This was our 4th cruise and the best one yet!  We met soooo many wonderful people and friends that I think we will keep in touch with and sail with again.  Our room was wonderful!  The food on the buffet was good not great but it is a buffet.  I do miss the midnight buffet and especially the chocolate buffet.  They did do a "desert" special buffet for the last day at sea...but it was warm so most of the cold deserts were melting and the line stretched the entire length of the boat.

You have to find DUANE the PIANO MAN!  You need to find him the first night because if you wait you will regret the days you are not there.  He has a song request list that is like 5 pages long.  He completely made our cruise a totally different vacation experience.  We had a "regular" crowd.  We became friends and really got to know each other very well in a week.

Thanks much for the post... I will be sharing with my 87 yr old mother her first cruise, on the Liberty, 10-16-09.   Took me saying I would be spending my birthday alone, on a cruise, for her to 'give-in' and agree to share my 6th cruise.  Strange not to be storing away our summer clothing, instead were packing them!  With your post .... 'melting' deserts'... I would like to ask how the temp was during the daytime ?? and if anyone had a 'piggy tail' ... even with receiving a flu shot, could still be a certain % of getting this.  Again Thank You for sharing.

The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

I love talking about it...maks it last a bit longer.  The temperature in the day time was pretty warm.  If you are in the sun I am sure it was in the high 80's close to 90.  Inside the cafeteria where the buffet was it was quite a bit cooler but still when the deserts had sat out for a while it took its toll.

You are required to fill out a questionaire when boarding with questions such as do you have a running nose....I doubt anyone answers honestly.  We did not encounter any sick people or hear of any for that matter.  We had a wonderful time....what stops will you make?

We're getting on when your getting off. I hope you have a great time, and will keep us up to date on how the islands are. I'm looking forward to doing allot of snorkeling. Let me know how the heat is on the islands. San Juan is the island that we are not sure about what we want to do.

Rooms flooring? Should that be flooding, maybe?
