      I booked a reservation for the steakhouse on the Dream.  I received a confirmation email, thought I saved it ---- but alas, I did not.  Is there anywhere on my "manage my cruise" where I can find out which day I reserved?  Yes, I forgot already.

      I booked a reservation for the steakhouse on the Dream.  I received a confirmation email, thought I saved it ---- but alas, I did not.  Is there anywhere on my "manage my cruise" where I can find out which day I reserved?  Yes, I forgot already.

      Not anywhere that I've found. I just sent an email directly to the Conquest Steakhouse email and received a response very quickly. Don't know the email to your ships steakhouse, but I'm sure it's available somewhere.

      If you send me the booking I can send a note to the dining staff. The staff is not geared to answer emails from the direct guest. We ask please do not post the ship email address.

      Hey I only posted cus she said she deleted her confirmationStick out tongue

       

      as dwayne says .. after I received my confirmation e-mail and needed to make changes I did as the hostess told me to do and send any questions or changes to her. 

      I do thing she thinks I'm nutso by now having made 1 change followed by adding a 2nd night followed by a Chef's table reservation.

      How long did it take you to get an email confirmatin? I think I put in a reservation either on Monday or Tuesday for a january sailing and still haven't received an email.

      I agree they are awesome. I do not mean to be the sour grapeWink It's just if they were to get hundreds or thousands they would not be able to handle. The mailbox only has a couple of crew that have access.

      Hey there I altered your post just a little. Wink 

      I am sure she will try and accommodate but if you don't get a response in regards to the Chef table I would check when boarding.

      John Heald has the section on his form under "ask john" those request get taken and sent to each ship. They can also be booked once you board. The confirmations will be in your cabin.  They try to accommodate as many as possible.

      She helped me above and beyond anything I ever expected.

      All my confirmations are now printed and tucked in my envelope with boarding pass, airline pass, hotel reservation car service .. LOL The whole chit and kaboodle. I am leaving the kitchen sink home thoughWink
