Wonderful

Ship: Carnival Spirit | Sail Date: 05/27/09 | Destination: Alaska

Experience started out not great, our luggage was lost. Constatin (steward) was most helpful through this, explained what we should do. Service desk looked after us just great with tempoary toiletries etc. At end of cruise Carival made a very handsome deduction in our bill for compensation of missing luggage for two days. (at what I would assume to be a great deal of difficulty they had located it aboard another ship). Can;t say enough good about our experience and are looking forward to next cruise, hopefully soon.
