In an effort to provide additional support for our travel partners using automation, we will be extending the hours of operation for the eSolutions team during the week and weekend -- including Sunday. As more and more agents use our e-channels to manage their Carnival business, it is important to expand our hours to provide proper support. Effective November 30, 2009, the eSolutions desk will have the extended hours listed below.

New Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 11:00 pm (EST)
Saturday, Sunday: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (EST)
