It\u2019s our go-to vacation because we always have an incredible time. I swear every cruise tops the previous one, and before we even get off the ship, we\u2019re planning our next epic trip at sea.    <form action=\"\" class=\"learn-more-form\">\n        <h2 class=\"learn-more-form--title\">Plan a getaway<\/h2>\n        <label for=\"destination\">Where to<\/label>\n        <select id=\"ddl-destination\" name=\"destination\" class=\"wLarge\" aria-label=\"destination\" title=\"destination\">\n          <option value=\"any\">Any Destination<\/option>\n        <\/select>\n        <label for=\"depart\">From where<\/label>\n        <select id=\"ddl-port\" name=\"port\" class=\"wLarge\" aria-label=\"port\" title=\"port\">\n          <option value=\"any\">Any Departure Port<\/option>\n        <\/select>\n        <label for=\"duration\">How long<\/label>\n        <select id=\"ddl-duration\" name=\"duration\" class=\"wNormal\" aria-label=\"duration\" title=\"duration\">\n            <option value=\"any\">Any Cruise Length<\/option>\n        <\/select>\n        <input id=\"SearchCruise\" type=\"submit\" class=\"submit button\" value=\"Explore\">\n    <\/form>\n  <\/p>\n<p>Looking back, it\u2019s amazing all the memories we have made while cruising. I thought it would be fun to compile some of my fave cruising moments to, hopefully, inspire an unforgettable cruise of your own.<\/p>\n<p>In no particular order, here are my top 5 favorite cruising moments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tying the Knot at Sea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I would be remiss if I didn\u2019t including getting married on board a cruise ship as one of my top cruising moments \u2014 it really was an extraordinary day that sealed the deal with my love affair with the sea! My husband and I have since been on many, many cruises, but I will always have a soft spot in our heart for Carnival Inspiration.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/awaywego.carnival.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/MM_Post7_IMG11.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1187 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/awaywego.carnival.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/MM_Post7_IMG11.jpg\" alt=\"MM_Post7_IMG1\" width=\"700\" height=\"996\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.carnival.com\/awaywego\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/MM_Post7_IMG11.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.carnival.com\/awaywego\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/MM_Post7_IMG11-211x300.jpg 211w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And here\u2019s a fun fact: My cruise ship wedding was such a hit that my sister decided to get married on board Carnival Paradise a few years ago. Once again, it was a fabulous day, made memorable by Carnival Cruise Lines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visiting One of the Seven New Wonders of the World<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is so much more to port stops than drinking margaritas and laying on the sand (though you could totally do that if you wanted!). My family chooses adventure on our port days and because of this we have seen some amazing sites. As excited as I was to see the Vatican or the Leaning Tower of Pisa, it was eating homemade gelato in Florence, and pizza from a century old wood-fired oven in Naples that top the list of most memorable cruise experiences. For seven days we bonded like we never have before, and enjoyed activities like playing with monkeys in Roatan, kayaking in Belize and swimming with stingrays in Grand Cayman<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">.<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/awaywego.carnival.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/MM_Post7_IMG71.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1193 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/awaywego.carnival.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/MM_Post7_IMG71.jpg\" alt=\"MM_Post7_IMG7\" width=\"750\" height=\"523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.carnival.com\/awaywego\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/MM_Post7_IMG71.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.carnival.com\/awaywego\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/MM_Post7_IMG71-300x209.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On-board the ship we indulged in room service and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carnival.com\/cruise-food\/guys-burger-joint?cid=So_CM_NA_P_AWG#9_1115&amp;DMP=5019,6120,7036,,8003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guy\u2019s Burgers<\/a> almost every day!
