Carnival Tropicale takes inspiration from the legendary MS Tropicale, a ship that helped shape a new era of cruising. Now she is bringing that spirit of the tropics with a vibrant personality all her own. Let's start at the top deck, where you'll find exhilarating experiences like Sunsation Point, an expansive upper-deck destination where families can get their splash on at Carnival WaterWorks Ultra, the most family-friendly waterpark at sea. With six heart-racing waterslides, two family raft rides, SunSoaker and Turning Tides, and two splash pads, the activities and the energy flow all day and night. When it's time to slow things down and savor the moment, a world of flavor awaits. Greek and Italian specialties at Fetaccine, fresh seafood at Emeril's Coastal Seafood, and bold Hawaiian and Asian-inspired dishes at Uku Lei Lei are just a few of the many restaurants on board. Whatever you're craving, there's a memorable meal waiting for you. And this is only the beginning. With more reveals still to come and returning guest favorites, Carnival Tropicale is getting ready to bring even more never-before-seen spaces at sea to Galveston in 2028.

Grand Central

Grand Central is designed to make an impression… and that's good because it's going to be the first one on your vacation! You can count on Carnival Tropicale's atrium to set the vacay vibes for your whole cruise. Look up and you're honestly in for an eyeful — floor-to-ceiling windows, 14-foot LED screens, a ceiling of 1,400 color-changing lights… everything points to big fun happening in here. And even if you're just passing through, know that you'll definitely be back later. Center Stage features a rotating selection of live entertainment, while Grand View Bar serves up great drinks with plenty to feast your eyes on. In Grand Central you're never far from cups of comfort at JavaBlue^™ Café, great dining spots like Bonsai Sushi^™ and Bonsai Teppanyaki^™, plus feel-good entertainment like Piano Bar 88^™ and The Punchliner Comedy Club^™.

Summer Landing

Go ahead and call Summer Landing 'the greatest chill spot at sea'... and we'll be right there with you, any time of year! What's three letters long and goes great with chilling outdoors? BBQ, so we're building a Guy's Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse into this zone so it always tastes like summer here with freshly-smoked faves designed by Guy Fieri and original Parched Pig^® beers brewed just feet away. If you're wondering where the pool and whirlpool are, we're so alike, you and us... and that's why we're sure you're gonna love The Watering Hole, a poolside bar we're building for aficionados of backyard-style relaxation. And for military folks — or folks who just want to raise a glass to them — please report to Heroes Tribute^™ Lounge for great service. We know you guys like soft serve too, so we're throwing in a Swirls^™ location — one of two! And why wouldn't we? At Summer Landing, fun this cool is literally always in season.

Lido

If you’ve cruised with us before, you know Lido... but aboard Carnival Tropicale this poolside zone features even more delicious and fun experiences among the familiar flavors. Evolving the classic poolside rum-bar is RedFrog^® Tiki Bar, which will be serving up the good stuff across two decks’ worth of South Pacific atmosphere. Also always fresh is Street Eats, bringing together highlights from the world’s fast-good cuisine like kebab, bao buns and seriously upgraded fries. Shaq’s Big Chicken^™ restaurant is here, and fan-fave spots like Guy’s Burger Joint^™, the New England-inspired Seafood Shack^™, and BlueIguana Cantina^™ taco spot aren’t done with your taste buds yet. And for folks hoping we haven’t forgotten: yes, Lido is absolutely home to one of two Swirls^™ locations, the free soft-serve spot!

Sea days — or any days — are the perfect days to spend at Sunsation Point. This zone is a place for families that spans not only multiple decks, but multiple vibes. Things start with Carnival WaterWorks Ultra, a high-energy waterpark that's our biggest one ever. But all that water is just the beginning of the Sunsation story. Fairway 66 Mini Golf lets you drive down the greens, avoiding fun obstacles inspired by the iconic roadway, plus you'll find a ropes course, adventure trail, sports court and more. There are spots for kicking back, including lounge chairs and a scenic overlook with sunset views, casual games and more. The Vault Retrocade, and tasty spots like Swirls, Sunsation Sips and Big Chicken, round out the experience, making this just the place for fun all day… and night, when unique evening entertainment and special events are just getting things going.

CARNIVAL WATERWORKS ULTRA

Sunsation Point's splashing, glistening jewel of fun under the sun is Carnival WaterWorks Ultra. Yes to brag, but this is the most family-friendly waterpark at sea, and Carnival's biggest yet! Designed to deliver the H, the 2 and the O to all guests, this one is packing six thrilling waterslides, plus a splash pad designed just for babies... with another pad for everyone. If you love waterslides, here's what you need to know: we're talking a pair of family raft rides (Turning Tides and SunSoaker), two sets of racing slides (Racing Currents and Mini Racers), one twisty kids' slide (Mini Twister), and one splashtacular spiral slide for everyone. What's the speed limit here? That's between you and physics!

ACTIVE SPORTS AND FUN

When you're ready to take a break from relaxing, get down to some action at the sports court. This is the place to bring your A-game — whether that's a pickup round of basketball or pickleball, it's always set against some stunning ocean views. The ropes course has views that are perhaps even better, as you'll be suspended high above the deck while challenging one of two courses — one that actually takes you safely over the deck's edge! Whether you're warming up for action, or cooling down afterwards, you can enjoy family-friendly games like foosball or mini-golf. Sidelines is the shaded courtside seats that are a great place to watch the action or just take a break.

Alchemy Bar is Carnival Tropicale's unique vintage-themed cocktail "pharmacy," and we've flipped through dusty old texts to uncover enticing combinations: select spirits, fresh juices, infused syrups, spices… and other tantalizing secrets performed before your very eyes by the true mix-masters. Choose a remedy from the menu, or let us prescribe a custom elixir just for you, with or without alcohol, and enjoy it in an expanded lounge setting complete with a stage for live music performances.

The show has been delighting viewers at home for generations, but Carnival ships are the only place you can buzz-in at sea. Family Feud Live^™ will be emceed by none other than your cruise director, so if you're game, sign up your team of five for an audition… and make sure they bring that Family Feud spirit. And, of course, everybody's welcome to grab a seat in the audience to catch all the hilarious action!

Carnival Tropicale has its own Punchliner Comedy Club in the Grand Central zone, and up on stage you’ll find some real pros who know how to wedge a little laughter into anyone’s evening. Since some of them get up and say exactly what’s on their mind, we also schedule family-friendly performances… so the only red faces in the audience are from laughing a little too hard.

Street Eats

Some of the world’s favorite flavors aren’t found in restaurants, but on the street in trucks, stalls and carts where flavor, convenience... and quality matter. That’s right, when you’re just feet from the chef, you know they’re cooking to impress! Street Eats is Carnival’s tribute to this food phenomenon, with three open-air stations. The first, Steam Dream, specializes in the steamiest stuff this side of the spa, featuring favorites like bao buns and pot stickers. Then there’s Mad Sizzle, which puts the “skill” in skillet with the likes of kebab and satay. And we’re definitely not about to forget Time Fries, which serves up every cruiser’s dream: fries loaded up with culinary creations from our chefs, like cheesesteak fries! On Carnival Tropicale you may be far from the street, but flavor’s always right around the corner.
