Having trouble booking your spa appointments? Here are the most common reasons for this problem:

• Spa appointments are only available for purchase online if you've paid the full deposit on your cruise booking.

• Spa appointments are not available for purchase online within seven days of your departure date.


While we do recommend making your spa appointments in advance, spa appointments may also be made onboard the ship for your convenience.

The spa is open every day, but the hours vary by itinerary. If you’d rather not go in person, you can call the spa directly (phone number is in the stateroom directory) to make those much needed and soothing appointments.

Additionally, guests who are interested in our spa amenities can take a spa tour on embarkation day. These tours start around
1 p.m. and go on until your ship's safety orientation. Feel free to ask questions and book your appointments for the entire voyage right there on the spot.
