Mt Floyen Funicular & City Drive

Marvel at the panoramic views of the fjord and city of Bergen, Norway as you embark on a funicular ride to Bergen's 1,050-foot summit of Mount Fløyen. You will need to take a short ride to the funicular station, where you will ride to the summit of the Mount Fløyen. On your way back down, learn about the magestic city of Bergen through a narrated drive. Situated among the Seven Mountains and facing a lovely fjord, the city boasts many historic landmarks including: the Bergenhus Fortress, the 13th-century King Håkon's Hall and Greig Hall dedicated to Norway’ s famous composer, as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site built in 1979. Bryggen also boasts a number of re-created Hanseatic buildings that house restaurants, pubs and shops today. Nearby is the open-air fish market. You will also have some free time to visit the city's souvenir shops and savor some local food. Make sure to capture all that Bergen has to offer before returning to the port.
