The Historic Lighthouse: Enjoy a stop at the iconic 1852 Grand Turk Lighthouse, offering a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. You might even spot humpback whales (January to March). Make use of the restrooms and grab a Turks Island keepsake in the Gift Shop.
What’s Included:
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age to drive – 18 years. Minimum age for passenger – 12 years. Maximum weight per buggy – 500 lbs. For safety reasons, pregnant women, and guests with neck and back injuries may not participate on this excursion. Closed toe shoes are required. Guests wishing to drive must present a valid driver’s license. Helmets will be provided and mandatory to wear.
What to Bring: Closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and cash or credit/debit card for additional purchases.
Good to Know: Buggies sit two guests. If there is an odd number of people in your party, you will be paired with others to fill the buggies. You will get dirty on this tour due to locations travelled. Do not interact with wildlife. This tour operates both paved road and rocky rugged terrain. Halfway stop is at the Historic Lighthouse. Both participants may drive, switching at the Historic Lighthouse.
