Pearl Harbor National Memorial: Visit the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, complete with exhibit galleries and a short documentary film on the December 7 attack. Then board a navy shuttle boat for a brief nostalgic journey across the harbor to visit the final resting place of many of the 1,177 crew members who lost their lives aboard the USS Arizona.
Dole Plantation: Popular guest activities include a Plantation Garden Tour, the Pineapple Garden Maze, and informational displays and presentations. There’s a plantation country store offering a wide variety of Dole Plantation gifts, local favorites, foods and refreshments including the world-famous Dole Whip.
Haleiwa & North Shore: See Haleiwa, the historic surf town that is the cultural hub of the North Shore, filled with boutiques, surf shops, art galleries and a variety of dining options set among plantation style buildings. Next up, drive along the beaches that made the North Shore famous during the Triple Crown of Surfing: Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach & Waimea Bay.
Kualoa Ranch: Visit the expansive 4,000-acre nature reserve, established in ancient Hawaii as a pu'uhonua - a sanctuary and place of refuge. Today the reserve offers a multitude of activities and is the film location of many movies and TV shows. We’ll enjoy lunch among this stunning backdrop.
Nu’uanu Pali Lookout: Known as a popular lookout because of its seemingly unending views of Oahu, the 1,200-foot viewpoint sits in the interior’s rainforest-draped mountains and offers commanding views of Kaneohe and Kailua Bay.

Good to Know: Bags that offer concealment, such as purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage, etc. that exceed the measurements of 1.5" X 2.25" X 5.5," are not allowed at the monument. The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum operates a baggage storage facility near the entrance to the visitor center. There is a fee per bag for all sizes, including luggage. Visitors may use the same bag storage and parking stall for visits to all Pearl Harbor Historic Sites. Security measures are strictly enforced at all visitor destinations on Pearl Harbor. Please expect lines and crowding at this site. Tour not available on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day and December 7.
