Enjoy a panoramic drive with your guide, passing by Marseille highlights, to the charming village of Cassis. You will drive by a stretched sea shore and through the Calanques National Park. Upon arrival, you'll board a little shuttle train to reach the center of the wonderful and bustling fishing village of Cassis. The guide will walk you through an orientation tour of the summer resort that has drawn so many famous painters to its sunny bay, including Vlaminck, Matisse and Dufy. Then, you will have some free time for lunch, to explore on your own or go shopping. Some guests may reach the public beach for sunbathing. You will return by a little train to the coach parking area. Re-board the coach to drive back through the highway to Marseille.
- The tour is not recommended for wheelchair guests and those with mobility concerns are cautioned to carefully evaluate their personal level of stamina and ability.
- The little train operates from May 1st to September 30th with stops at the Gorguettes Parking. In the other times of the year the drop off point is at Avenue du 11 Novembre and bus parking at Avenue des Carriers or Gorguettes.
- Please note the little train is a shuttle to reach downtown. It is not a touristic train.
