If you or a family member relies on a wheelchair or scooter to get around, you can still enjoy a sightseeing tour together in a ADA van with an electronic lift, as well as seating for able-bodied travel companions. Our group will be no more than 6 people, so your certified driver/guide can provide a very personal level of service as he demonstrates some of Vallarta's best-known sights. You'll travel to downtown as your guide keeps you well informed and entertained along the way. You'll have a stop at Malecón, near the main square, and the Church of our Lady of Guadalupe. Visit the many sculptures and pose for a few photos or selfies before re-boarding the van to visit the Romantic Zone, where your guide will park to allow about 30 minutes of free time to explore, shop or relax. From there, you'll be driven to a tropical, rustic Mexican hideaway called Rio Bendito, nestled on the banks of the Pitillal River. Follow the trails to view a wide variety of tropical plants, flowers and water fowl birds. Take part in a tequila tasting presentation, or learn the generations’ old art of making tortillas by hand, with the help of our local chef. You'll have some free time to order a snack or a drink, or simply relax in the shade surrounded by the sounds of nature before returning to the ship.
- Tortilla and salsa are included.
- Guests wishing to accompany you should book the “Accessible Town & Country Tour - Non-Wheelchair" tour.
