Explore two of the most popular places in this island fitted in this wonderful excursion that includes the Historic Old San Juan and the spectacular El Yunque Rainforest. Witness the greatness of our Old City as you pass the many historical landmarks such as the Capitol Building and other displays of the 17th Century architecture. Enjoy a visit to the San Cristobal Fortress, the largest Fort in the New World built by the Spaniards to protect against attacks in 1634. Travel from the Old City to New San Juan with panoramic views of the Condado District, famous for their striking beaches, upscale hotels, casinos and restaurants. Drive to the northeastern central area of the island to visit the only tropical rainforest in the United States territory, El Yunque. This natural treasure exhibits jungle like vegetation, small horsetail waterfalls, sounds of the wind and cool fresh air; that combined delivers the utmost relaxation. En route back to the pier, you may go directly to the ship or take advantage of the optional drop-off in downtown for shopping, pictures or browsing around the local surroundings and return to the ship on your own.

Note: This is not a hiking tour; therefore it is suitable for all ages. We recommend guests to wear comfortable clothing with flat, comfortable shoes and a towel. Bring a bottle of water and snack or you may purchase during stops. The air conditioning will be temporarily turned off for approximately 45 minutes while the bus travels up the El Yunque Mountain towards the Rainforest. Traffic in Old & New San Juan can be very congested and sudden closures, activities or rerouting may be encountered. Some of the stops are unguided allowing guests to leisure and browse on their own.

Tour price includes admission to the San Juan National Historic Site. At your leisure you may choose to visit Castillo San Felipe del Morro Free of Charge.
