About Pixels Photo Packages

• Prints will be in the original size orientation that they were taken.
• On the following ships with Pixels Digital Photo Gallery, we offer print size 8" x 10" only: Carnival Breeze, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Magic, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Paradise, Carnival Victory and Carnival Vista. Additional ships will be converted to digital in the future.
• On all other ships, we offer print size of 5" x 7", 6" x 9" and 8" x 10" (depending on the subject matter).
• At least one person in the stateroom must be in each photo in the Pixels Photo package or children under 21 staying in a different stateroom to receive the images as part of the pixels photo package. Photos of others in your group not staying in your stateroom are not included in the package.
• Large group photos (8 to 10), weddings, renewals, Quinceañera, Sweet 16, special events, generic ship images or Dreams Studio images are not included.
Pixels Packages are not available for Australia sailings.
• Private photo shoot requests, additional prints, canvas prints, metal prints, additional editing or tour images when off the vessel in port are not included.
• Upon arrival on board, guests purchasing Pixels photo packages will receive a Pixels gift ticket in their stateroom. The gift ticket must be taken to the Pixels photo gallery for redemption within 2 days of boarding.
• Photos should be collected daily and given to photo staff to place in your dedicated folder.
• All photos collected throughout the cruise must be picked up on the last sea day before 1:00pm.
• No refunds or exchanges on package purchases.
• All photos must be redeemed during the cruise in the Pixels Photo Gallery.
• All photos must be redeemed during the cruise. Photos cannot be redeemed post cruise.
• Photos purchased via the Carnival HUB App are not included in the Pixels Photo packages.
Your order should arrive approximately six weeks after returning home. All orders post cruise are dealt with by an outside vendor and if you should have any delivery issues with your order, please email Bay Photos at carnival@dischaven.com with the information listed below.

Please fill out our Staged form and provide us with a description of the photos left behind including the following details:

• Ship and Sail Date
• Day photo was taken
• Number on the back of the photo
• Number of photos
• Photo size (8x10, 6x9, wallet size, etc.)
• Background
• Number of people in photo
• What guests were wearing
Our Pixels Package may be ordered by calling The Fun Shops department at 1-800-522-7648, Monday through Sunday, 9:00am-9:00pm ET. The cut-off for purchase is 11:59pm ET, the day before your cruise.

• In the event you need assistance with a camera you purchased on board, please contact the camera's manufacturer.
• In the event your purchased drone malfunctions, please contact Parrot technical support for troubleshooting at www.parrot.com/us/support/hotline.
Photos are only available for purchase while on board. All photo sales are final. Due to the high volume of photos taken, the files are deleted soon after each cruise.

Purchased digital images that you did not download while on board are only available 30 days from the date your cruise began. If you purchased a USB and are missing specific digital images, please fill out our Staged form and provide the complete JPG information which can be found on the back of the photo. Currently, digital photos are offered on the following ships: Carnival Breeze, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Magic, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Paradise, Carnival Radiance, Carnival Victory, Carnival Vista and Mardi Gras.

Wedding packages are not available for purchase post-cruise.
