1. Seafood Shack

If all those water views during your cruise to Cabo San Lucas have you longing for a seafood dinner, look no further than Seafood Shack. Here you’ll find more fried shrimp and clams than you can shake a stick at, and you have your choice of fresh lobster, crab cakes, oysters and more.

Don’t leave without sampling the signature New England clam chowder in a bread bowl!

2. BlueIguana Cantina

Cruise dining for families can get tricky if you have picky eaters, but BlueIguana Cantina makes it easy for everyone to grab a casual breakfast or lunch. Your kids will love being able to build their own burritos, and the fully-loaded salsa bar makes it easy to choose the right amount of spice for every family member.

For breakfast, don’t miss the huevos rancheros when you need a hearty meal to fuel a day of adventuring.

3. Ji Ji Asian Kitchen®

From Singapore Chili Shrimp to Vietnamese-style braised Wagyu beef, Ji Ji Asian Kitchen has an exciting array of scrumptious Asian dishes. Sample elevated Chinese fare from several regions, or branch out to choose a meal from Mongolia or Indonesia instead.

Don’t miss your chance at an authentic Philippine dessert: the caramelized crepes with Calamansi ice cream are sublime!

4. The Chef’s Table

The Chef’s Table, a crown jewel of cruise dining, is a one-of-a-kind food experience. The ship’s Master Executive Chef prepares a special meal complete with drinks, appetizers, entrées and desserts, the likes of which you won’t find in any of the other restaurants onboard. You’ll also get to tour the kitchen to see all the chefs in action.

This truly extraordinary experience has limited availability, so be sure to reserve your spot early.

5. Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast

Family cruises to Mexico should be packed with fun, which is why the special Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast is a must. Your kids will be astonished by the brightly colored treats laid out before them, including multicolored pancake stacks, “Moose Juice,” funky French toast and more.

It’s all served up by Thing One, Thing Two and a whole host of famous Dr. Seuss characters that your kids will have the chance to meet.

6. Bonsai Teppanyaki

Looking for an interactive dining experience? Bonsai Teppanyaki brings the fun with phenomenal chefs who slice, dice and cook your meal right before your eyes. This is a dynamic meal that will leave you wondering how they got your food to fly through the air without ever hitting the floor.

You have eight protein entrées to choose from, but the Shichimi Spiced Grilled Chicken is a must-try, so make sure at least one person orders it so you can try a bite. Bonsai Teppanyaki only seats 16 guests, so make reservations quickly!

7. Steakhouse

Grab a gourmet appetizer and a delicious glass of wine at Steakhouse, and you’ll wish your cruise to Ensenada would never end. The Risotto with Crab is an elegant starter, but you may have trouble deciding exactly which cut of beef to order.

To make things easier, the menu suggests the perfect wine pairing for each entrée — all from a wine list that won Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence. So raise a glass to the good life as you cut into that delectable Filet Mignon or New York Strip.

8. Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse

Guy Fieri is all about flavor, so pull up a chair and order a dish heaped with tender meat that’s been slow-smoked for melt-in-your-mouth goodness. From Trash Can Nachos to 18-Hour Beef Brisket, Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse is the place to fill up on down-home favorites.

It’s also a bona fide brewery where you can get your growler refilled with signature Parched Pig® craft brews whenever you want.

9. Cucina Del Capitano®

Cucina del Capitano means “the captain’s kitchen” in Italian, and here you’ll find iconic trattoria dishes with a healthy dose of seafood to boot. This restaurant features such an extensive menu, you could dine here every night of your cruise and enjoy a different meal each time.

No matter what, be sure to try Il Capitano’s Signature Dish, an ever-changing menu highlight based on one of the Captain’s favorite childhood recipes.

10. Bonsai Sushi

The sumptuous dishes at Bonsai Sushi look impressive and taste even better. Choose from sushi or sashimi versions of shrimp, salmon, yellowfin tuna and more. Chef’s specials include rolls, a bento box and a sampling menu for two that’s perfect when you’re having trouble making up your mind.

Don’t forget to order sake and save room for dessert: the Green Tea Cupcake is a truly special treat!
